Who can register to attend TAPA EMEA’s 25th Anniversary Annual Conference in Dusseldorf?
The event is open to all TAPA EMEA members, with registration offered on a first come, first served basis. Please register immediately if you wish to attend as we expect the highest level of demand for delegate paces in our 25-year history.

We are a TAPA EMEA member. How many people can we register for the event?
Subject to places being available on the first come, first served basis, the number of people TAPA EMEA members can register for our Annual Conference in Dusseldorf is as per your annual membership category benefits:
- Manufacturers/Shippers – up to 3 delegates
- Logistics Service Providers – up to 3 delegates
- Security Service Providers – up to 2 delegates
- Insurance Providers – up to 3 delegates
- Consultants (No Products) – up to 2 delegates
- Parking Place Operators – 1 delegate
- Law Enforcement Agencies – up to 2 delegates
- Associate Partners – up to 2 delegates

We are a TAPA EMEA member. If we wish to bring more delegates than the number included in our membership fee, what is the cost?
As a member of our industry Association, you can register additional delegates for €999.00 per person to include both days of our event in Dusseldorf.

I am not a member of TAPA EMEA. Can I still attend the conference?
TAPA EMEA gives first priority for delegate places to its members, but non-members can still join us, subject to payment of the €1,999.00 per person delegate fee covering both days of our event. To register, please notify our conference organisers at info@tapaemea.org

How do I book hotel accommodation?
As this year’s event is in a specialist Congress Centre, TAPA EMEA is not partnering with a specific hotel. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each delegate to organise their own hotel accommodation. We recommend booking accommodation for both 9 & 10 April 2025 as the Association is hosting delegate events on both evenings – a Welcome Networking Reception on Day 1 and a special 25th Anniversary Party on Day 2.
Dusseldorf has a large choice of hotels to suit all budgets and booking your accommodation as soon as possible will help to ensure the best rate.

What are the key timings of the conference?
The event will open at 10.00hrs CET on 9 April 2025 for delegates to register and visit our exhibition. A networking lunch will be served at 12.00hrs and the conference sessions will commence at 13.00hrs. The Day 1 conference will end at 17.30hrs CET and be immediately followed by a drinks’ reception and networking event at the Congress Center until 20.30hrs. On Day 2 (10 April 2025) the conference will begin promptly at 09.00hrs CET and end by 17.00hrs, with coffee and lunch networking breaks during the day in the exhibitor area. On Day 2, following the conclusion of the conference sessions, TAPA EMEA will host its 25th Anniversary Party and more information on this will be shared in early 2025.

What are the timings of the exhibition?
We are extending our exhibition hours in 2025. On Day 1 (9 April 2025), the exhibition will be open from 10.00-17.30hrs CET. On Day 2, it will be open from 09.00-17.30hrs.

Can I recommend a speaker or panellist?
We are at an advanced stage in completing our conference agenda. However, TAPA EMEA always welcomes proposals for Subject Matter Expert speakers to consider for events. TAPA EMEA will also consider case study proposals based on actual cargo crimes, where the intelligence and response actions will interest and benefit our members. Please send your proposed presentation title and an up to 200-word summary of your topic to info@tapaemea.org for review.
Please note that even if we cannot accommodate your presentation proposal at our Annual Conference, we may still be able to provide an opportunity for you to present your topic via an editorial article in our Vigilant e-magazine.

Is there an exhibition at the event?
Yes, we will have an exhibition featuring leading suppliers of supply chain security products and services, led by TAPA EMEA’s 2025 Premier Partners. The exhibition will be open from 10.00-17.30hrs CET on Day 1 and from 09.00-17.30hrs on Day 2.
