  • We are a TAPA EMEA member. Is there a maximum number of delegates we can register for the Virtual Conference 2023?

    No there is no limit. We actively encourage you to share our free registration link to as many of your colleagues, customers, and partners as possible.

  • I am not a TAPA EMEA member. Can I register to join the Virtual Conference 2023?

    Yes, our Virtual Conference is open and free of charge to non-members too, but you must pre-register to join our audience and receive updates.

  • Who can register for the event?

    All supply chain resilience and security stakeholders – including manufacturers/shippers, freight, logistics and transport providers, insurers, security service providers and law enforcement agencies – are invited to register for the livestreaming of the Virtual Conference sessions. Livestreaming is available free of charge to TAPA EMEA members and non-members. Please note, however, that you must pre-register to join our audience on 8 & 9 November 2023.

  • Is there any cost to register and join the event?

    No, our Virtual Conference in free of charge to all registered delegates, whether you are a member of TAPA EMEA or not.

  • What are the timings of the conference sessions?

    The Virtual Conference will commence at 10.00hrs CET on 8 & 9 November 2023 and the conference sessions will end on both days at 13.00hrs CET.

  • How will I login to join the event on 8 & 9 November?

    Just prior to the event, you will receive an email communication from TAPA EMEA to explain everything you need to know to join our Virtual Conference sessions on 8 & 9 November 2023. You will find our livestream quick and easy to join.

  • Is there an exhibition at the event?

    Yes, we have an exhibition featuring our 2023 Premier Partners, giving all delegates the opportunity to learn more about their supply chain security and resilience products and services during our 2-day event.

  • How can I interact with the exhibitors?

    Once we open the exhibitor area of our website, you will be able to connect directly with all our TAPA EMEA 2023 Premier Partners. In the meantime, ahead of the live event, you will find their profiles and website information on our Exhibitor page.

  • Can we become an exhibitor at the Virtual Conference?

    We appreciate your interest, but this year’s Virtual Conference Exhibition is only available to our 2023 Premier Partners.

  • Can I recommend a speaker or panellist?

    We are at an advanced stage in completing our conference agenda, so we do not expect any places to be available at this event. However, you can recommend Subject Matter Expert speakers to TAPA EMEA for consideration for future events, including video presentations, webinars and our face-to-face conference in 2024. TAPA EMEA is also keen to hear of case study proposals based on actual cargo crimes, where the intelligence and response actions taken will benefit our members.
