All communications, presentations, and Q&A panel discussions at this conference will be in Spanish.

Who can attend this event?
This event is open to members of TAPA EMEA and non-member company representatives from the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors in Spain as well as law enforcement specialists, insurance companies serving this sector, and security service providers. Please note, however, that delegate places are strictly limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. You must use the registration form on this conference website to request a delegate place.

TAPA EMEA event registrations are subject to acceptance of TAPA EMEA’s No-Show Policy, which you must accept when you register for your delegate place. Please ensure you read the policy below carefully before completing your registration.
TAPA EMEA No-Show Policy
By registering for the conference, you agree to TAPA EMEA’s No-Show Policy. This means if you are unable to attend, you must notify TAPA EMEA in writing at info@tapaemea.org no later than 1 October 2026 to cancel your registration. Failure to cancel by this deadline, or failure to attend the conference, will result in a €250 no-show fee being invoiced to you, which will be payable in accordance with the invoice terms.

Is there a cost for delegates?
The event is free of charge to all registered delegates, both TAPA EMEA members and non-member companies and organisations.

Is there an exhibition at the event?
No. As we are kindly being hosted within one of Guardia Civil’s law enforcement agency premises, there will not be any exhibition space allocated for this conference.

Where is the event taking place?
Our Regional Conference on 21 October 2026 will take place at Salón de Actos “Tomás Alvira”, Asociación Pro Huérfanos de la Guardia Civil, C. del Príncipe de Vergara, 248, Chamartín, 28016 Madrid.

What if I register but then cannot attend?
If you have registered and your delegate place has been confirmed, but you are then unable to attend, you must notify us immediately so your place can be offered to someone on our delegate waiting list. Our TAPA EMEA Spain Regional Conference in Madrid on 21 October 2026 is open to both TAPA EMEA members and non-member companies and organisations involved in manufacturing, supply chain logistics, security solutions, and law enforcement.
Places at this event are strictly limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. All delegate places are subject to availability.
Each TAPA EMEA member company can register one delegate as part of their membership benefits. Please note, that all delegate places awarded for this event are covered by the terms of TAPA EMEA’s No-Show Policy:
