Alida Van Zyl, Aviation Security, Risk and Investigations Manager SSA, DHL Express

Alida Van Zyl was a member of the South African Police for 14 years and has since spent 15 years in the transport, logistics and airline industries working as a security manager at Lufthansa Cargo in Africa and DB Schenker in South Africa respectively. She now holds the post of Aviation Security, Risk and Investigations Manager for Sub Saharan Africa at DHL Express. As well as a National Diploma Policing and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Criminology, Alida is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Criminology.
