  • Who can register to attend the face-to-face conference in Amsterdam?

    The event is open to all TAPA EMEA members, with registration offered on a first come, first served basis. Our maximum audience size for this event is 500 delegates, so please register immediately if you wish to attend.

  • We are a TAPA EMEA member. How many people can we register for the event?

    Subject to places being available on the first come, first served basis, the number of people TAPA EMEA members can register for the face-to-face event in Amsterdam is as per your annual membership category benefits:

    • Manufacturers/Shippers – up to 3 delegates
    • Logistics Service Providers – up to 3 delegates
    • Security Service Providers – up to 2 delegates
    • Insurance Providers – up to 3 delegates
    • Consultants (No Products) – up to 2 delegates
    • Parking Place Operators – up to 2 delegates
    • Law Enforcement Agencies – up to 2 delegates
    • Associate Partners – up to 2 delegates
  • I am unable to attend the event in Amsterdam. Can I still see the presentations anywhere?

    Yes, following the event, TAPA EMEA will be sharing videos of our speaker presentations and panel discussions via the Association’s Vigilant magazine, our LinkedIn and YouTube channels, and on the TAPA EMEA website.

  • I am not a member of TAPA EMEA. Can I still attend the conference?

    TAPA EMEA will give first priority to its members to register for our face-to-face conference in Amsterdam. Subject to availability, delegate places may be made available to non-members closer to the event and the cost per delegate would be €499.00. To confirm your interest in attending, please notify our conference organisers at info@tapaemea.org

    Non-members who pay the delegate fee will have the €499 deducted from their company’s first year membership cost if they decide to join TAPA EMEA within one month of the conference date.

  • How can I book accommodation at the conference venue?

    Delegates can book accommodation directly with our venue host, the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. Once you are registered, you will receive an email from TAPA EMEA with a link to make your booking, using the special accommodation rate available for the event.

  • What are the key timings of the conference?

    The event will open with a networking lunch from 12.00hrs on 14 June 2023, with the conference commencing at 13.00hrs. The Day 1 conference will end at 17.30hrs and is immediately followed by a drinks’ reception and networking event until 19.30hrs. The Day 2 (15 June) conference begins at 09.00hrs and ends at 17.30hrs, including networking breaks. From 18.00hrs on Day 2, TAPA EMEA will host a special conference party and networking event at a nearby venue. More information will be announced closer to the event.

    The exhibition will be open from 12.00-17.30hrs on Day 1 and from 09.00-17.30hrs on Day 2.

  • Can I recommend a speaker or panellist?

    Although we are at an advanced stage in completing our conference agenda, you can recommend Subject Matter Expert speakers to TAPA EMEA for consideration. We kindly asked you to do so as soon as possible. TAPA EMEA will also consider case study proposals based on actual cargo crimes, where the intelligence and response actions will benefit our members.

  • Is there an exhibition at the event?

    Yes, we have an exhibition featuring leading suppliers of supply chain security products and services, including TAPA EMEA’s 2023 Premier Partners. The exhibition will be open from 12.00-17.30hrs on Day 1 and from 09.00-17.30hrs on Day 2.

  • How can I find out more about purchasing an exhibition space?

    TAPA EMEA 2023 Premier Partners are already confirmed exhibitors as part of their benefits package. TAPA EMEA will shortly announce other exhibition spaces available in Amsterdam, which will be offered on a first come, first served basis.   • How can I find out about sponsorship opportunities at the event?

  • What if I register but then cannot attend?

    If you have registered to attend our face-to-Face event in Amsterdam but then cannot join us, it is important to notify us immediately. Delegate places at our conference are expected to be fully booked and we expect to have a waiting list of people hoping to attend if places become available. If you have previously registered but then realise you cannot join us in Amsterdam, you must notify TAPA EMEA to enable us to free up your place for another delegate. Please note: Due to the cost to TAPA EMEA for each delegate, TAPA EMEA reserves the right to apply a €499.00 cost for any registered delegates who do not attend the event if they have not cancelled their delegate place in advance of the conference.
