Can Kunucen

Can (John) Kunucen is the Civil Transport Policy Officer in NATO’s Defence Policy & Planning Division, Resilience Section. He has been contributing to NATO’s Resilience Agenda over the last 9 years as a member of the NATO International Staff and as a civil expert. Mr. Kunucen also has private sector experience in the field of risk and vulnerability management as a former Meta employee.
