Gino brings a wealth of over two decades of expertise to PMI, having navigated through diverse roles in Finance, Operations, Project Management, and recently, in the realms of Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, and Security. As the architect of PMI’s Global Programs for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Security, he previously excelled as the Senior Manager of Security & Market Safety for regions including the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Israel. His strategic vision was instrumental in realigning the Security & Market Safety divisions with PMI’s overarching functional transformation, while also adeptly managing unprecedented situations such as the Covid pandemic and various conflicts that impacted the company’s workforce and operations.

As the “go-to” expert for supply chain and manufacturing security within PMI, Gino, alongside his team of subject matter experts (SMEs), has been the driving force behind the creation and implementation of innovative, risk-based security protocols. These protocols are meticulously designed to complement PMI’s supply chain and manufacturing evolution, ensuring optimal security measures are in place, cost-efficiency is maximised, and a seamless operational model is established, thereby significantly improving risk management and visibility.
